Hey Everyone!

Here it is. My first blog post… I’m slightly nervous but all in all, pretty stoked to gets this going. I appreciate those of you who have supported me along the way.. You know who you are! Alright, well to kick it off I wanted to give you some insight as to what is in store and what I plan to do with this blog.

This blog will…

1.) Cover current events because real shit is happening.

2.)  Give you a glimpse into my personal life. I’m an open book… or well, blog in this case?

3.)    Feature small businesses and exclusive interviews with the people that own them.

4.)    Show you delicious food finds! I can’t deny my love for food.

5.)  Share travel spots and adventures that I have with my cute ass dog, Ollie.

This blog will not…

1.)    Appeal to everyone. This isn’t a one size fits all situation and that’s cool.

2.)    Contain flowers and sunshine 24/7 because life isn’t that way.

3.)  Be censored. Profanity will be used if you haven’t noticed already.

4.)  Condone any racism, prejudice, sexism, bigotry, etc. Leave that shit outta here.

5.) Be a guide on how to live. This is just the world through my eyes and I’ll share what I can speak to.

Now, why am I doing this? I’m sure it’s easy to assume that this is for some sort of self-promotion or just another narcissist posting their fantastic, Pinterest lifestyle.. However, that isn’t the reason why I am doing this. I’m doing this because I want to explain and  inspire. Connect with some of you to share ideas, stories, etc.  The founder of Polar Skate Co., Pontus Alv said it best, “Inspire others to inspire themselves.” So, that’s what I hope to do with my blog.
